What is Acid-Free?
Acid burns (yellow-brown spotting) areas that appear on artworks over time, if materials with acids are used to mat or mount works. I use all acid-free materials.

What are Archival Properties?
Different types of paper used in creating prints have different archival properties. Exposure to UV light causes photographic paper to fade over time. Humidity, temperature, pollution and acidity also contribute to fading. To keep works in archival condition, I use acid-free mounts. You should always display art in areas away from heat, humidity and prolonged, bright, direct light.

What is a Limited Edition?
An artist determines a size and type of medium, paper, canvas or both and a total number of prints to be created. Each print is numbered and signed, and because the number of prints is limited, they are considered unique. The value of a limited edition often rises over time. This is especially so when an edition is near, or is sold out.

What is an Open Edition Giclee Print?
An Open Edition Giclee Print is a high quality canvas or paper print made in the same process as a regular Giclee Print except there is no edition number declared.  In other words, there is no limit to the number of prints which can be sold. The prints are signed by the artist and have an embossed seal of authenticity along with a paper certificate of authenticity.

Why is it important to have a Signature?
On works of art, the signature establishes the work is genuine and created by the artist, and it of course adds to its collectable value

Certificate of Authenticity?
Each piece of art we sell comes with a Certificate of Authenticity insuring your
Purchase was created by the Artist and thereby authenticating it’s value.

Gallery Wrapped Canvas?

To be hung without a frame also allowing the artist to paint the edges or sides of the canvas for a finished look.
